2. Please use the updated version of your browser for registration.
3. You will receive a message and email with a payment receipt after registration.
4. You will receive a registration notification from gujneocon25@gmail.com. Please check your spam box in case you don’t receive information.
5. You can register for the Pre-conference workshop after registration by using you registration number/mobile number.
6. PG Students should submit a bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
7. A cloakroom facility is available at the Venue.
8. Registration is non-transferable.
9. Please carry your valid government ID (Aadhar Card only).
10. Please upload your Aadhar card copy while filling out the registration form.
11. For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash.
12. For spot registrations, a Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability. The delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate. Only in exceptional cases, the kit would be handed over to any representative authorized by the registered delegate with a copy of the signed authorized registration receipt.
13. Entry to the accompanying person may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the event.
14. Organizers will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.
15. Organizers will not be responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
16. Post-conference no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student.
